This is TV Burp Wiki's Manual of Style. All users should follow these guidelines on how text is written.

Writing

Language

All text should be written in British English and not American English. Examples of how text should be written are below.

• Unintentional humour is common on the show.
• Unintentional humor is common on the show.

• The colours purple and yellow are present in the show's logo.
• The colors purple and yellow are present in the show's logo.

Despite this, however, this rule does not apply to talk pages, comments, and blog posts.

Date and Time

The date and time can be written in all sorts of ways, but what TV Burp Wiki recommends is either of these ways:

• 00:00, December 22nd 2001
• 00:00, 22nd December 2001

or

• December 22nd 2001, 00:00
• 22nd December 2001, 00:00

Like the language rules, this doesn't apply to talk pages, comments, and blog posts.

WikiText

All WikiText should be written like this for pages:

• [[Harry Hill]]

and this for external links:

• Fandom: [[w:c:wikiname:pagename|pagename]]
  • Example: [[w:c:tvburp:Harry's Hill TV Burp|Harry's Hill TV Burp]]

File names

All files that are uploaded here should have a proper name. When uploading files, always remember to appropriately name them.
